1.5 We make no promise that items on our menu will be available every day- Our menu is subject to availability.

1.8 You can link any page to our website for non-commercial purpose however, in a way that is both fair and legal and does not in any way hurt or damage our market reputation. To avoid confusion and doubts, the site linked to our website should not contain any illegal, offensive, adult or otherwise objectionable material.
2. Registered Users
2.1 To register with us, you will have to create an account, provide relevant information, payment details for future use and create a user profile. You can access your profile by inserting your username and password. You, the registered user, can use your profile on the following basis that:
- Your password and username are personal & shall not be used by anybody else.
- You will provide true, current, accurate and complete information in the registration form
- You will not maliciously create other accounts with the intention of abusing our website’s functionality
2.2 You agree that we have the rights to cancel your membership and withdraw your profile anytime.
2.3 We shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or loss whatsoever that may arise from the registered user’s inability to access any page on our website.
2.4 You agree to compensate us & our directors, applicable 3rd parties, employees and officers in full against and from all 3rd party claims, losses, expenses and liabilities.
3. Food Intolerance and Allergies
3.1 At Yuhoki, we try our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our kitchen but we cannot guarantee that our dishes are allergens free therefore in this respect, we cannot accept any liability.
3.2 It is advisable that you talk to a member of our staff first about any requirements for you or anyone joining you for meal, before you place your order.
3.3 If you or anyone sharing your meal have an allergy, then it is advisable that you don’t order online.
3.4 If you or anyone sharing your meal has severe allergy, please assess and consume dishes at your own risk. Yuhoki is not responsible.
4. Takeaway & Delivery
4.1 Our terms and conditions apply to all orders placed online.
4.2 Please note – you must be 18 or above to place an order through our website.
4.3 In accordance to our terms and conditions, all orders placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer, which if our team accepts, will create a legal binding contract. We will debit your card or account with the amount of order placed once you press the confirm button. You will only be eligible for a refund if we are unable to fulfil your order.
4.4 Please note – acceptance of the order is upon our discretion. We will notify order acceptance through an on-screen message and email confirming your order has been placed.
4.5 At Yuhoki, we reserve all rights to refuse your online order for whatsoever reason.
4.6 We will not accept any orders less than ½ hour (30 minutes) before our stated closing time.
4.7 Some products on our website menu page may be incorrectly priced due to human error or technical problem. We will verify the price and inform you prior to accepting your online takeaway order giving you the opportunity to decide whether you want to proceed or not with your order.
4.8 All menu product prices on our website include VAT and other applicable taxes. However, we may change product prices over time.
4.9 You can pay for your online order at Yuhoki with your debit or credit card. If you want to pay through any other payment methods, then you will have to visit our restaurant to place your order.
4.10 Minimum amount for online order is £15.
4.11 By providing Yuhoki with your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the account details and that you will indemnify us for any losses, damages and claims incurred by us and our affiliates and business partners in case of any fraudulent use by you of a credit/debit account.
4.12 You agree to pay us immediately by any other mean, if we are unable to receive the payment due from your card account provider.
4.13 At Yuhoki, we reserve all rights to terminate our agreement with you if we believe that the payment will be declined at any stage.
4.14 All items on our menu are subject to availability. If the item you’ve requested in unavailable, we will provide you a close alternative and simultaneously notify you by message, email or via call. If you don’t accept the alternative, your online order will be cancelled. You may then re-order another item or we will give you a full refund if your payment has already been accepted.
4.15 You will not be eligible for a refund in case you are unable to collect your order and have not requested for order cancellation prior to your collection time.
4.16 Home delivery is free for orders over £15 within 2 miles of our restaurant. Also note, delivery charges may vary depending on the distance between your delivery point and our restaurant.
4.17 We have the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil your order for any unforeseen reasons. In such a situation, we will give you a full refund if your payment has already been received. You will receive your refund within 3 to 10 working days.
