Chicken Katsu (also known as Tori Katsu) is succulent chicken that has been deep fried and coated in panko breadcrumbs. Chicken Katsu is traditionally served with a sweet and salty tonkatsu sauce; however, being a very versatile dish, it is also often served with Japanese curry and in rice dishes.
